If the date or time watermark doesn't match up with the actual time there are a few ways to fix it.
Sometimes the issue happens right after a Daylight Saving Time change which means that DST either hasn't been set or set for the wrong dates/times.
Another way for this to happen is when the Recorder is on a standalone network and not able to retrieve the current time from a time server. The clock can drift over a period of time.
Another possibility is that the clock was set for the wrong time and just needs to be set.
